The apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday, other arrival and departure days are subject to request and availability. On the arrival day, the apartment are available starting from 3 p.m. and on the departure day we kindly ask you to leave your apartment before 9 a.m.

The prices are intended per appartment per day included services and final cleaning, outdoor parking place, WIFI and on request babys cot.

Payment Options: We do not accept credit cards. We accept cash (until € 999,99) and bank transfer.

All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to € 1,65.-per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

A reservation is valid only after the payment of the deposit and after our written confirmation of its receipt. 

The overnight price per apartment is debited for late arrival, no show, lower number of guest or unanticipated early departure.

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 25 days before of arrival, the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation after this date, the deposit will be retained.
